1. Reservations and Payments • Payment is made in cash upon arrival at Casa Varadero 50. • Once you complete the reservation form, you will receive a confirmation message validating availability and securing your stay. We appreciate your trust and look forward to welcoming you.

2. Cancellations and Modifications • Cancellation Policy: Our detailed cancellation policy will be provided during the booking process and in your confirmation email. Cancellation fees will apply according to the stated policy. • Reservation Modifications: Any request to modify your reservation (dates, number of guests, etc.) is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All modifications must be requested in writing as early as possible.

3. Use of the Property & House Rules • Check-in & Check-out: Check-in: From 3:00 PM Check-out: By 12:00 PM Your punctuality is appreciated, as it allows us to prepare the property for the next guests. • Occupancy: The property is reserved exclusively for the number of guests indicated and paid for in your reservation. This includes both overnight guests and any visitors. Please contact us in writing in advance if you need to host or receive additional guests. • Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. • Pets: Pets of any kind are not allowed on the property. • Parties & Events: Parties and events are not permitted without our explicit prior authorization. • Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use designated outdoor areas for this purpose. • Commercial Use: The property is for vacation use only. Commercial activities are not allowed on the premises. • Care of the Property: We ask that you treat the property as if it were your own. Any significant damage caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may be deducted from a security deposit (if applicable) or billed directly. • Cleaning Upon Departure: The property should be left in reasonably clean condition (e.g., dishes washed, trash properly disposed of).

4. Common Areas & Additional Services • Shared Spaces: Guests have access to the front porch and side garden. These are common areas intended for relaxation and may occasionally be used by other guests or by us, the hosts. • Internet Access (Wi-Fi): Login details will be provided upon arrival. • Free Parking: Available directly in front of the house. • Additional Services (extra cost): Upon request and subject to availability: Breakfast and other meals Laundry service Airport transfers Excursions and tours Dance classes Please contact us directly to inquire about rates and availability.

5. Issues and Complaints • Immediate Contact: If any problem arises or you have a question before, during, or after your stay, please contact us immediately using the phone number or email provided. It is essential that you inform us so we can assist and resolve any issue as soon as possible. • No Compensation for Unreported Issues: We cannot offer compensation for issues that were not reported during your stay, as we would not have had the chance to resolve them.

6. Host Liability • We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury incurred by guests on the property, unless due to our direct negligence. • We are not liable for service outages (e.g., water, electricity, internet) beyond our control, though we will do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

Cancellation Policy

At Casa Varadero 50, we offer a flexible policy that allows you to plan your trip with peace of mind:

Free Cancellation•You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.

Late Cancellations or No-Shows• If you cancel less than 7 days before arrival, or if you do not show up, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

Reservation Guarantee • To confirm your stay, a credit or debit card is required as a guarantee. • Full payment is made at check-in, either in cash or by bank transfer. • In some cases, a partial pre-authorization may be requested as a security measure.
